for i have sinned.
the rhythms of the night
occupy the rooms
and as the moon disappears
she breaks away in tears
a lost look of despair
fills the void in her head
a place filled with flowers
where death now truly reigns
the violence in their union
a cry for help
the last blow in a fight
he loads, for the next time

This short film is focused on the concept of falling in love with beauty, portrayed through the various ways of regarding flowers. Different allusions to myths, poems and artists attempt to create a narrative in which a flower represents the frailty and ephemerality of both life and beauty, and the corruptness of the mind that can be caused by a very intense attachment to it – as we cannot control or possess beauty and therefore we inflict pain in ourselves through an unfulfilled desire.
